Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our Premium Hospitality Project as a Premium Guest Support Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, reservations, and service requests while delivering a professional and seamless hospitality experience. This opportunity is suitable for Fresh Graduates as well as candidates from Front Office, Reception, Guest Services, or Customer Service backgrounds who are looking to grow their career in a professional hospitality environment.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telephone Operator based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. You will manage inbound calls, chats and emails, assist clients with inquiries, and provide top-notch customer support services. The role also involves maintaining professional communication standards to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, live chats, and email regarding guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assist guests with reservations, requests, or Hospitality related information
- Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer experience
- Manage and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain professional communication standards at all times
- Coordinate with internal departments to support guest requests when necessary
- Ensure all interactions are handled with courtesy, empathy, and professionalism
- Deliver personalized and attentive support to exceed guest expectations
What we're looking for
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Tele Operator roles is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with positive attitude
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Diploma in Hotel Management or in related field is a strong advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English is preferred to support regional clients
