The Pricing Support Admin works with Department Directors, Buyers, and Buyer Assistant to make sure accurate pricing is reflected at store level for our guests.
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Entry into Central Pricing Platform – including but not limited to:
NOF / New Item entry
Product cost/price changes
Cost, retail, in-store, sale, TPR, allowances, discounts,
Product attribute changes
Conversions, discontinued items, like codes, category codes
Line pricing, warehouse code changes
Executing and deploying batches
Run movement reports as requested
Scale item entry
Address, troubleshoot and resolve pricing-related inquiries or basic promotions from store teams promptly and accurately.
Provide guidance and clarification on pricing policies, ensuring pricing associates have the information needed to assist guests effectively.
Service as a point of contact for store teams to submit change requests related to pricing or product information.
Process and track store change requests promptly and efficiently to ensure timely updates and accuracy.
Other duties as assigned
Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Supervisory Relationships:
Directly reports to the Price Strategy Manager
Indirect reporting relationship with Store Manager(s) and Department Managers
Regular contact with the Pricing & Receiving Specialist to seek support and guidance on in store activities including pricing procedural questions.

Knowledge of or ability to learn SMS functions and procedures

Proficient in MS Office
Accurate spelling and grammar skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Upbeat, positive, and energetic attitude
