Processing Administrator Jobs in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada at International Financial Group

Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Processing Administrator to fill a 6-month contract. Please note this position is fully remote.

As a Processing Administrator your duties will include but not be limited to:

Processing incoming funds, electronic payments, loan deposits and deposits from head office

Processing and verifying outcoming fund transactions including calculating and posting taxes and fees, approving cheque requests and EFTs, and initiating outgoing wires

Supporting the AML Audit by gathering and documenting audit information

Qualifications required for Processing Administrator include:

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field

Minimum 1 year experience working with a mutual fund/dealer back office preferred

IFIC operations course an asset
