Position: Procurement Admin

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Procurement Admin to join their team!

Responsibilities:

Create and update Procurement Status Reports

Run reports from Oracle ERP system

Process receiving transactions in Oracle ERP

Communicate with material receivers in the field to validate and reconcile POs received in Oracle ERP

Create and update shared files on company site

Upload PO receipt documentation on company site

Communicate with suppliers to obtain proper paperwork for PO file closeout

Various other administrative duties to support the Procurement department

Required Qualifications & Experience:

2-3 years of experience as a Administrative Assistant, Purchasing Clerk, Administrative Coordinator, Inside Sales Assistant, Legal Assistant, Shipping Clerk or Operations Coordinator

Experience with an ERP

Experience with Data Entry

Proficient in Excel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Prior Midstream O&G experience

Excellent communication skills
