Hours:Mon – Fri 9:00-5:30pm
We are actively seeking for an experienced administrator for a design company based in the great London Bridge location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project teams and wider business.
Duties of the role:
Placing orders with suppliers
Receiving quotes
Purchasing and approval of supplier invoices
Dealing with order queries and updating the system with new orders
Ensuring company systems are updated with delivery and logistical information.
Any other duties as and when required
Requirements:
Previous experience within a similar role
Be available to start a new role immediately or on short notice is beneficial
Customer service skills
Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs and great Excel skills
Excellentproblem-solving skills
Must be able to work on own initiative
