We are looking for a Production Executive to join our Production Department in Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage production documents (PMR, TRN, material consumption, defect reports)
- Track production output by process and finished goods (FGN)
- Maintain and update shop drawings, part drawings, and cutting lists
- Follow up on material requisitions and resolve shortages (materials/hardware)
- Ensure smooth production flow and provide daily production updates to management
- Support MES system operations and ensure accurate data reporting for decision-making
- Prepare and submit monthly production reports on time
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in computer applications (advanced level preferred)
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask under pressure
