We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Administrator to support the operations of executive-level committees and governance programs. This hybrid role combines administrative coordination, system management, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience working with web-based platforms, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support planning and execution of committee meetings, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up
Manage and maintain user access for web-based systems such as board portals and application/event software
Troubleshoot system issues, liaise with vendors, and provide user training
Coordinate timelines, track action items, and assist in preparing reports and formal documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to build and improve volunteer-facing processes and educational materials
Update and maintain web content to ensure accuracy and readability
Experience with Smartsheet or OpenWater
