Sobha Realty is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and strategic support. This role requires a proactive and highly organized professional with 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, real estate, or a related field. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who can manage executive operations, coordinate business development initiatives, and contribute to the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
· Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
· Assist in sales and marketing initiatives, including preparing presentations, proposals, and market research.
· Manage and coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up action items.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Support business development activities by tracking leads, client interactions, and partnerships.
· Oversee office operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency in daily business functions.
· Prepare reports, summaries, and strategic documents for executive decision-making.
· Represent the CEO in professional settings as required.
Qualifications & Skills
· 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate, sales, or marketing.
· Strong understanding of luxury real estate, property development, and high-net-worth clientele.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience handling executive-level correspondence.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
· Experience in event planning, client management, and business development is a plus.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
