Duties

Providing administrative, clerical, and technical work in support of management and program analysis for MIRECC;

Evaluating and improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of the organization;

Ensuring support to the organizational unit specializing in mental illness treatment and education of patients, families, and providers;

Serving as a program liaison to the various administrative and clinical services in helping the MIRECC Director and Administrative Officer maintain effective relationships, meet program objectives, and resolve problems or issues that occur;

Maintaining working relationships with academic affiliates through which grants are funded and administered;

Analyzing the program and structures, functions, processes, objectives, products, services, resource requirements, personnel management, etc.;

Preparing budget and financial reports;

Monitoring program compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies and oversight bodies;

Tracking contract deadlines;

Overseeing credit card purchases and reconciling accounts;

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence;

Answering and directing phone calls, assisting visitors to the office;

Setting up meetings and conference calls;

Performing related duties as required.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
