Role Description

This is a casual hybrid role for a Project Administration Officer, based in Stafford Heights, QLD, with flexibility for some remote work. The Project Administration Officer will work closely with Manager, Corporate and Community Education and will manage a variety of administrative tasks, assist with project planning and delivery, provide customer service, and communicate with stakeholders. Responsibilities will also include maintaining organised records, coordinating schedules, supporting team members, and ensuring the smooth execution of Empower Autism’s programs and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong general administration and administrative assistance skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with project coordination and collaboration tools is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Sensitivity to and understanding of the needs of Autistic individuals and their families
  • Previous experience in the not-for-profit sector is desirable but not mandatory
