Role – Project Admin
Role Description – We are looking for a Project Admin / Admin Executive, who is responsible for providing administrative support to the Project Management team. This includes tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing project documents, handling client invoicing and tracking project expenses. This person will be working with the Director of Projects and be a part of a PMO team. The Project Administrator also plays a key role in maintaining the various tools we use and trackers we maintain, communicating with internal stakeholders and ensuring that the projects stay on track.
Roles and Responsibilities – Provide administrative support to the Project Manager/s, including –
Managing project files and records
Preparing and distributing project reports
Tracking project expenses (keep track of vendor expenses and any other costs that are attached to the projects, as applicable)
Track project progress and report to the Project Manager and internal stakeholders on a regular basis
Trigger monthly client invoicing and co ordinate vendor payments
Communicate with internal stakeholders (sales and finance) to keep them informed of project progress and to obtain their input and approval, as applicable
Assist the Project Manager in resolving issues that arise during the course of projects
Key Requirements –
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
1+ years of experience in project management support
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
