We are seeking a talented individual for an Administrative Assistant Project Specialist who provides advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support to the local Business Unit Heads. Requires broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of business operations, organizational policies, practices and procedures. Duties include project support, analysis, research, correspondence, and meeting and travel coordination.

Knowledge and/or experience with Medi-Cal billing a plus

Essential Responsibilities:

Helps to provide project support forexecutive levelprojects and initiatives to include research, analysis,problem solving, and presentation creation.

Interacts and collaborates regularly with the Executive andsenior leadershipteam to plan, coordinate, and review materials related to business administration.

Collects and analyzes information and usescritical thinkingskills to troubleshoot issues in support of assignedexecutive levelprojects.

Effectively communicates relevant project information to stakeholders.

Strong ability to work from both auditory and written instructions.

Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.

Develops new processes/procedures and identifies improvements in existing processes/procedures.

Maintains multiple calendars, schedules meetings and resolves calendar conflicts for team members.

Books extensive travel for team members; creates and submits expense reports.

Collaborates with the team as needed on coordination of meetings, data requests, etc.

Handles telephone calls, messages, correspondence, diplomatically, efficiently and effectively.
