We’re looking for a Part-Time Project Assistant to support our team in managing daily operations and ensuring projects run smoothly. This role involves a mix of administrative and project coordination responsibilities, with a strong focus on learning and utilizing Hub Spot tools. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop expertise in Hub Spot through training and certification.

Role Details

Part-time position with flexible hours (20 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.

Assist in coordinating projects by tracking timelines, organizing materials, and ensuring deliverables are met.

Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders on occasion to facilitate smooth project execution.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

Complete Hub Spot training and certifications as part of onboarding and ongoing professional development.

Create, update, and manage content within Hub Spot, including landing pages, emails, and marketing materials, to support project goals and initiatives.

Help improve processes by identifying efficiencies and implementing organizational solutions.

Requirements

1+ years experience in a similar role – administrative support or project coordination experience is a plus.

High School diploma or equivalent.

High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and adapt in an agency environment.

Proficiency in Google Drive tools; experience with Hub Spot or a willingness to learn.
