Job Overview
Titan PMC, LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our growing residential construction and remodeling operations. This pivotal role combines financial management (accounts payable/receivable), project and permit coordination, and general office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the General Manager and field teams, managing documentation, scheduling, and communication with vendors, permitting authorities, and clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments

Upload invoices and documents into Buildertrend

Assist with monthly reconciliation and basic bookkeeping tasks

Submit and track building permits with local jurisdictions

Schedule inspections and maintain inspection schedules

Communicate with city and county offices as needed

Project Administration

Manage project files and documentation

Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating vendors, and client communications

Support project selections and track change orders

General Office Management

Maintain organized electronic and physical records

Handle various office tasks, including document preparation and occasional deliveries to city offices

Qualifications

Required

5+ years of experience in administrative support, preferably in construction or real estate

Basic knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes

Strong communication skills and professionalism when working with vendors, clients, and permitting offices

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit permitting offices as needed

Preferred

Experience supporting residential construction projects

Familiarity with Buildertrend and Quick Books

Knowledge of local permitting processes in Charleston County or surrounding areas

Spanish or Portuguese speaking a plus (not required)

Weekly pay cycle
