PMC Commercial Interiors, a Best In Class Haworth dealer serving the Carolinas, is seeking candidates for an Project Coordinator opportunity.

Our Project Coordinators are key members of our team who collaborate with our Sales team to serve our customers. They are responsible for the entire sales order fulfillment process, including management of customer orders from quoting and order entry through invoicing, providing support to sales personnel, and ensuring accurate and timely service and communication to customers. Coordinates order entry, order management, and close-out of order.

Responsibilities:

Generate quotes for the sales team, ensuring the correct shipping address, applicable sales tax, and accurate line-item details.

Verify all order requirements and necessary approvals are obtained.

Create sales orders and place orders with manufacturers via purchase order submittal, online portals, and web purchases.

Receive and verify acknowledgments, confirming product, pricing, and shipping information is correct.

Work with external labor partners on small projects to coordinate installation.

Run a weekly status report and lead a weekly status meeting with the entire project team to ensure progress is on track.

Communicate with both customers and vendors regarding order status and the scheduling of orders for delivery/installation.

Provide clarifications and answers to customer and vendor questions regarding order issues.

Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely billing of invoices to the customer.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in order coordination, sales support, or another related administrative role (dealership experience is a plus).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Familiarity with Net Suite is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and competing priorities.

Strong attention to detail.

Exceptional follow-through, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Creative problem-solving skills with clear judgment and decisiveness.

Process-oriented but always looking for improvement opportunities.

Proactive and organized.
