Full Job Description

EHC is currently looking for anOffice Administratorfor a client located in Spring, TX.

Pay: $18 – $20/hour
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Office Duties:

Greet and welcome all incoming visitors at the front desk

Answer main office phone

Create and maintain Excavator spreadsheets, company truck spreadsheets, rental spreadsheets, employee spreadsheets, and employee address labels

Maintain PO logs

Maintain incoming deliveries of mails/packages and notify for pickup

Maintain all filing and files for accounts payable/accounts receivable, etc.

Maintain Company profile/trade references spreadsheet

Maintain employee new hire packets

Maintain employee terminations

Maintain employee W-9 files

Maintain the owner’s yearly equipment purchase files along with the Big T file

Maintain the office cleaning along with carpet cleaning, office supplies/groceries, and Friday trash removal

Process monthly employee expense reports, vendor invoices (check for PO#, taxes, and cost), bi-weekly payroll Rig Tech hours breakdown, and unemployment paperwork

Process New Vendor Credit Applications – Attain & Send proper paperwork from and to vendor

Attain vendor W-9 and COI if required

Send Company profile/trade references, exempt certificate if required, and credit inquiry requests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday
