Position summary:

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking full-time Project Coordinator to support project operations through recording and verification of work activity in

Nashville, TN

. The Project Coordinator is directly responsible for the administration of our in house maintenance management systems. The service request and work order system is the central hub of our field operations and it is critical that the system be managed properly daily.

Responsibilities include:

interacting with visitors, data entry, answering phone calls, assigning work orders, scheduling work orders, creating production and scheduling reports for field operations, preparing client reports, keeping all data current and accurate and other advanced roles including Third-Party Claims processing. This position works closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and work crews. Candidate must be detail oriented, have strong

problem solving

skills, possess excellent customer contact and computer skills (Word, Excel, general) with a preference for administrator support & TDOT experience.

Salary:

Depends on experience and qualifications

Schedule:

Full time, Mon-Fri. This position will report to our project office which is North of Nashville off of Bell Grimes Lane, daily.

Responsibilities:

Administrate and maintain in-house database management system

Create/review/schedule/edit work orders

Answer and triage customer and public call requests

Prepare customer reports

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma

Excellent general computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, General

Excellent organization and independent work skills

Attention to detail

Problem solver

Strong oral and writtencommunication skills

Customer service orientation

Ability to perform basic math skills including calculations using fractions, percents, and/or ratios

Preferred:

TDOT (Tennesse Department of Transportation) experience
