Job Summary: The Project Hire Employee provides support in implementing assigned projects or initiatives, ensuring activities are delivered within defined timelines, scope, and standards. Coordinates with teams and partners to monitor progress, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and project requirements.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Processing of enrollment – New and Maintenance in ONEHUB, BIR and THE PORTAL
- Monitoring and updating the Online Transmittal (OneDrive) for the day to day productivity
- Processing of the resetting of access and sending the email to the client
- Sending email to internal partners for any clarification and confirmation on the accuracy of the enrollment.
- Handling of non-complex queries and other concerns related to enrollment
- Reporting the availability of bank’s online systems and coordinating with the Team lead for proper handling.
- Real-time escalating to IAM's Corporate Team Lead for any concern affecting day to day transactions
