Job overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedProject Manager Assistant (PMA) to provide administrative support to our Project Managers and their teams. As a PMA, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service to clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal employees.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for all project phases including but not limited to procurement, planning, design, preconstruction, construction, closeout, and warranty
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and files
Manage phone calls, emails, and meeting arrangements for Project Managers
Maintain confidential information and interact with various entities and individuals
Scan, organize, file, and archive documents
Attend in-house meetings as requested
Qualifications:
2+ years job related experience
4 year degree or trades experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Timberline/Sage, and Procore
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
