Property Administration Assistant

We’re looking for an outstanding administration executive to join one of the fastest growing retailers across Australia and New Zealand.

As a key member of our team, you will support our leasing, administration and store design and delivery team, contributing to our continued growth and success. This role requires an individual who has outstanding organisation skills and a high degree of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

·        Assist the Lease Administration Manager in reviewing and preparing all leases for execution.

·        Manage all casual leases and storage agreements for the Property team.

·        Create and maintain monthly property reports.

·        Facilitate regular communication with landlords, including distributing annual sales and insurance details.

·        Collaborate with finance on various landlord payments.

·        Input new leasing information into Lease Eagle database.

·        Aid leasing team with preparing presentations, reports, and agendas for internal and external distribution.

·        Assist with travel booking and expense reconciliations for the team.

·        Support the store design and delivery team with Capex reporting.

Qualifications:

·        Prior experience in the property industry will be highly regarded.

·        Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

·        Highly motivated and confident, able to build relationships across all organizational levels.

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
