The Property Administration Assistant position involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute to the effective management and provision of services. The role requires strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate and empathetic attitude towards the elderly.

Reporting to our Senior Administrator/Project Coordinator, this admin role is responsible for:

  • Assisting the Property team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repair activities, and property inspections.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to property management.
  • Work with the finance team to resolve any issues regarding invoices payments to our suppliers.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tracking for property-related expenses.
  • Assist with supply management, compliance, and project support.

As part of being an Infinite Aged care employee you will be required to complete pre-employment checks which will include a National Police Check.
