National Commercial Property Management Firm is looking to add a Property Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to their San Francisco portfolio. Position will work to assist a Property Manager at a beautiful Class A Office high-rise building downtown near the water. Great opportunity for a team player looking to provide quality customer service to tenants in a variety of industries. Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phones

Assisting tenants with questions and concerns.

Assisting with specialty events for tenants

Resolving tenant work orders and specific needs

Scheduling routine building maintenance

Developing vendor relationships

Contacting vendors for various needs

Coordinating construction needs

Inputting and coding invoices

Following up on past due invoices

Maintaining compliance for insurance and business licenses

Creating specialty reporting

Assisting Property Manager with projects

Coordinating tenant appreciation events on a quarterly basis

Ordering office supplies and providing general support as needed

Looking for:

Strong listener

Ability to work with a team and independently

Strong decision making abilities

Must have:

1+ year(s) of experience in commercial property management desired

2+ years of office experience

MS Office – intermediate to advanced

BA or BS preferred
