Job Description:

As a Property Manager Administration Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our property management team, ensuring the efficient operation of our property management activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in administrative tasks, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Assist property manager in day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Tenant Relations: Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

Lease Administration: Assist in lease preparation, renewal, and termination processes. Maintain up-to-date lease agreements and ensure compliance with lease terms.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Obtain quotes, schedule services, and ensure work is completed satisfactorily and within budget.

Property Inspections: Assist with property inspections to assess maintenance needs, identify safety hazards, and ensure compliance with property standards and regulations.

Documentation and Filing: Maintain organised filing systems for property documents, leases, contracts, and correspondence. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Requirements:

Administrative Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in property management or real estate.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in a similar operational/administrative role, preferably within the renewable energy or waste management sector, with a strong emphasis on accounting functions.

Proven experience in financial management, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail, especially in financial record-keeping and reporting.

Remuneration:

Salary is between €30,000 to €40,000, Bonus and Pension
