Pomp Properties is a boutique, high-performing estate agency based in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea. We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Office Coordinator to play a key role in the smooth running of our office and lettings operations.

You’ll be the central support for our team—managing daily admin, drafting contracts, and ensuring tenancy compliance. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love seeing your work make a direct impact, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Team Support

Manage supplies, keys, calendars, and daily operations.

Be the first point of contact for landlord/tenant enquiries.

Coordinate meetings, viewings, and property handovers.

Lettings & Compliance

Handle tenant referencing, background checks, and Right to Rent.

Draft tenancy agreements, track renewals, and manage deposit registration.

Oversee move-ins/outs and maintain full legal compliance.

Systems & Records

Keep Alto CRM and document logs up to date.

Support reporting, budgeting, and tenancy records.

What We’re Looking For

1+ year office admin experience (required)

2+ years in lettings or property admin (preferred)

Strong understanding of tenancy contracts, referencing & compliance

Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills

Confident communicator (written & verbal)

Tech-savvy with CRM systems (preferably Alto), MS Office
