Iconic Resourcing are working with a highly regarded legal firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Legal PA to support their busy property team based in Glasgow.

The role will involve:
Providing day-to-day support to a group of fee earners
Managing diaries, travel, and meeting arrangements
Handling billing processes and general administrative tasks
Playing a key role in keeping the team running smoothly
What they’re looking for:
Previous experience as a Legal PA (ideally within property or construction, though this isn’t essential)
Strong organisational and time management skills
A team-oriented approach and a proactive mindset
Someone who enjoys working in a busy, professional environment
The firm offers hybrid working with ideally 1 day per week in the office however they are open to remote working.
