on a maternity cover contract to work within our busy recruitment business. You will be accountable for matching and coding invoices, preparing BACS payments, reconciling supplier statements and other daily duties in the Accounts team.

Duties
of the Purchase Ledger Clerk – full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Producing creditors reports
* Check, code, process, scan and distribute supplier invoices
* Deal with any queries relating to invoices
* Reconcile duty invoices
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Prepare weekly payment runs
* Interact with suppliers using phone/email
* Allocate currency invoices to current contracts
* Ad hoc cover for other team members
* Assist with Month End duties. (Accruals)
