One of the oldest and largest human services organizations for New Americans in the region, IINE serves more than 4,000 people each year in Boston and Lowell, Massachusetts, and Manchester, New Hampshire. Our programs include case management, youth and family services, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), employment and skills training, and immigration legal services.

Overview
The QA and Data Entry Specialist supports the Shelter Services team in case management and employment programing by performing critical data entry, reporting, and record keeping functions for IINE Shelter clients. The position will be responsible for data entry, data tracking, some reporting and file up-keeping. The objective of the program is to enroll clients in IINE programming.

Responsibilities
Assist with data entry and integration within case management database systems.
Complete data entry for clients during and after intake.
Ensure data is accurate, completing regular data entry quality assurance and supporting reporting.
Ensure data systems are matching and up to date.
Support record keeping and organization of client folders.
Upload and support SharePoint record keeping and organization of client folders.
Attend regularly scheduled meetings and periodic training sessions.
Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills/Abilities
Strong Excel skills required.
Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and effective communicator.
Ability to prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in additional languages strongly preferred, particularly Haitian Creole, French, or Spanish.
Education & Experience
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 year of related experience in data entry and administration preferred
