Role Summary
Our client is seeking a Quality Systems Administrator who would ensure that operations carried out within the Quality Systems section are completed in accordance with the requirements of the departmental Standard Operating Procedures in line with GDP & GMP regulations. You will be responsible for SOP administration, Training administration for the EML Training system, Monitor and respond to queries received to the SOP and Training email inboxes and Perform approval of training records, as appropriate
Responsibilities
SOP Administration:
Manage the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) system for EML.
Training Administration:
Handle training-related tasks for the EML Training system.
Email Queries:
Monitor and respond to queries received via the SOP and Training email inboxes.
Training Records Approval:
Approve training records as needed.
Activity Records Management:
Maintain activity records for the Quality Systems team.
Archive Team Member:
Contribute to maintaining the EML Archive.
Support and Reports:
Assist the Quality Systems team and Quality Risk Management Committee with filing, archiving, and generating Quality Management Systems reports.
SOP and Training Materials:
Write SOPs and training materials related to Quality System activities under supervision.
Day-to-Day Administration:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for Quality Systems.
Team Support:
Provide support to other Quality Systems team members.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement cost-saving and efficient practices.
Ad Hoc
Duties:
Perform additional duties as requested by the Quality Systems Manager.
Job requirements
Minimum 2 years with QMS experience.
Basic knowledge of GMP Guidelines and Regulations
Computer literate e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases.
Can establish and maintain effective working relationships andcommunicationlinks within EML, affiliated organisations and other customers.
