Job Summary
This administrative role entails compiling text, photos and data submitted via email by our field technicians. Success in this role requires a strong focus on small details and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detailed, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Review field technician emails and extract key information for reports.
Compile, format, and proofread reports using Microsoft Word.
Organize and insert photos.
Enter numeric data into excel table.
Ensure reports are clear, professional, and meet company standards.
Communicate with technicians to clarify details as needed.
Learn basic technical terminology to improve report quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, basic Excel and general computer proficiency.
Dependability and a committed work ethic.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Prior administrative or document processing experience is a plus.

Work Environment & Benefits:

Hybrid work model (split between office and home).
Flexible hours may be available.
Part time position is not eligible for health insurance benefit.
This job would be a great opportunity for a Wayne County or HoImes County parent ready to re-enter the workforce. Note that our workload is highest from April through October.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
