Position Summary:
New Age Security is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support daily operations, project coordination, and customer service functions. This role is critical in ensuring efficient phases of projection completion and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Scheduling
Input new client’s information into software within designated timeframe for efficiency.
Schedule floor plan designs and flow test.
Complete designer packages.
Customer Service & Communication
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and Q&A with professionalism.
Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate department, and provide clients with necessary project information.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
Operations & Compliance
Submit required documents to the AHJs/ fire marshal portals for approval.
Ensure all workflows align with company policies and regulatory standards.
Analyze and refine standard operating procedures for continuous improvement.
Administrative & Billing Tasks
Make timely payments to the AHJs/ fire marshal for plans.
Create accurate purchase orders for needed equipment.
Collect payments from clients within a specified timeframe.
Maintain organized documentation and support operational processes.
Inputting invoices into quick books online
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in office / project administration.
Proficiency in accounting and workflow platforms (QuickBooks, Monday.com, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in supervising or coordinating internal teams.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong general computer skills, including the ability to navigate and update service management systems.
Organizational & Analytical Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Time Management & Workflow Optimization:
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
