Location: St. Marys

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and prepare real estate documents, including Agreements of Purchase and Sale, transfer documents, and mortgage documentation
  • Prepare the documents for title searches and off-title searches using Teraview and other relevant systems
  • Prepare and register documents in Teraview
  • Coordinate closings, including preparation of reporting letters and statements of adjustments
  • Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and other law firms
  • Manage file organization and maintain accurate records throughout the transaction process

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario real estate procedures and documentation
  • Proficiency with Teraview is a requirement
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
