Location: St. Marys
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and prepare real estate documents, including Agreements of Purchase and Sale, transfer documents, and mortgage documentation
- Prepare the documents for title searches and off-title searches using Teraview and other relevant systems
- Prepare and register documents in Teraview
- Coordinate closings, including preparation of reporting letters and statements of adjustments
- Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and other law firms
- Manage file organization and maintain accurate records throughout the transaction process
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk
- Strong knowledge of Ontario real estate procedures and documentation
- Proficiency with Teraview is a requirement
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
