We are looking for a dedicated and motivated executive administrative assistant to oversee the daily operations of our Appliance Service and Repair Department and help lead our team to success.

Position Overview:

This position will be responsible for managing day-to-day service operations, supervising a team of technicians, and ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are performed to the highest standards. This position plays a key role in coordinating workflows, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of service technicians, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure efficient and quality repairs.
Schedule and assign repair jobs, ensuring that technicians are dispatched appropriately and that service calls are completed on time.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues, providing solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Assist in maintaining and tracking inventory for parts and equipment necessary for repairs.
Coordinate with the Service Manager to ensure effective department operations.
Maintain detailed records of repair jobs, work orders, and customer service interactions.
Track and report on department metrics, including repair completion times and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team of technicians.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle challenging customer situations and provide effective solutions.
Proficiency in computer systems for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or technical training is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Any experience in the appliance service and repair industry is a plus.
Knowledge of various appliance brands, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs is a plus.
Experience with managing work schedules and assigning tasks efficiently.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
