Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a printer, scanner, and a computer.
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
Maintain the general office filing system.
Manages assigned administrative tasks regarding standard business operations, when needed.

Education & Experience:
University/college degree is an asset, but not required.
Familiarity with phone systems.
Previous experience with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace programs.
Previous experience with QuickBooks Online is a huge plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
