We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Work Setup:Full-time, Morning shift, fully onsite – Quezon City office

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments or personnel.

Handle inquiries from customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, providing accurate information or directing them to the right contact.

Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setting up conference calls or video meetings.

Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.

Assist with basic clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of office activities.

Uphold company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

College degree graduate or any equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment such as printers and scanners.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Flexibility to handle occasional tasks outside of regular reception duties as needed.
