Role Overview:

As a Receptionist, you will be the face of the organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 per year, plus bonus incentives.

Responsibilities:

Create a positive first impression by warmly welcoming and assisting visitors at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy.

Manage the security system by accurately logging in guests and ensuring a secure and organized environment.

Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance to reflect the company’s high standards.

Oversee office supplies, mail handling, and the organization of adjacent rooms and spaces for optimal functionality.

Screen incoming calls, handle inquiries, and efficiently transfer calls within the office, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Manage mail distribution, handle shipments, and track payments for accounts such as FedEx/UPS with precision and attention to detail.

Coordinate meeting logistics within the office, including room reservations, catering arrangements, and technical setup.

Collaborate with vendors, ensuring smooth interactions and timely resolution of any office-related matters.

Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling, performing clerical duties, and assisting with special projects.

Requirements:

5+ years of reception experience, preferably within the financial services industry, showcasing a strong understanding of professional office protocols.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office technologies, with a tech-savvy approach to daily tasks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a friendly demeanor and professional etiquette.
