Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Responsibilities:
– Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
– Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
– Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organized
– Assist with budgeting and financial tasks using QuickBooks
– Supervise office clerical staff and provide guidance as needed
– Oversee human resources functions such as employee onboarding and record-keeping
– Ensure smooth operation of office equipment, including phone systems
– Uphold office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency
– Coordinate office events and meetings
Experience:
– Proven experience in office management or a related role
– Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Experience in team management and leadership roles
– Familiarity with basic human resources practices
– Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service principles
