We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Medical Receptionist to join the team of an International Chain Skin Clinic in Saudi Arabia, a leading dermatology clinic dedicated to providing exceptional skincare solutions.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s appointment calendar efficiently
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and address patient needs or concerns
Verify patient information, insurance details, and medical history accurately
Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
Selling monthly packages and products
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and waiting room
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and timely service delivery
Adhere to privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling patient information
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations
Requirements:
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role preferred
English proficiency is a MUST
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to details
Proficiency in computer skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
