Stratum Title Management is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administration Officer to join a small dedicated team working in the body corporate industry in North Hobart.

The successful applicant will be well presented, with good confidence and communication skills.

This position will be part of an administration team who work cohesively in supporting the day-to-day operations and the Body Corporate Managers.

The position’s responsibilities are including but not limited to:

Answer incoming phone calls, directing enquiries and taking messages

General reception and administration duties

Greet clients and visitors in an efficient, professional and friendly manner

Scheduling and following up with clients regarding appointments, meetings, etc.

Attend to any reasonable work requests made by Directors and Portfolio Managers

Assist co-workers where possible

Assist in preparation of meeting agendas and minutes

Filing, monitoring and distributing incoming emails

Liaising with clients and contractors and issuing work orders

Keep work area and reception clean and tidy

This position is available for an immediate start.
