Einstein Fulfillment is a third party logistics center and we are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to work a Monday thru Friday schedule at our Coppell fulfillment center.
Job Duties:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the office in providing great customer service to clients. This role is responsible for actively communicating with customers and ensuring all request are being completed in a timer manner.
· Coordinate with the Office Manager to ensure customer needs are being met.
· Monitor customer service emails and Slack channel communication. Acknowledge client request within 4 hours and provide resolution within 24hrs. Projects more than 24hrs should be discussed in morning meetings.
· Ensure success of Clients by adhering to all Einstein Fulfillment processes and procedures.
· Ensure all charges for kitting, special projects, and order processing are captured properly while aligning with customers SOPs
· Input manual orders for designated clients.
· Escalate any order issues to the Office Manager or Fulfillment Manager.
· Identify client solutions to streamline efficiency and implement in WMS.
· Relay all customer request properly and in a timely manner to the warehouse.
· Orders cleared/closed with proper billing applied daily.
· Coordinate with warehouse to ensure orders are being processed in a timely manner.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
