Your Future Team
As an Administrative Assistant at Hightower, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will provide essential support to various departments and help maintain an efficient and productive work environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

What You’ll Do
Administrative Support

Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
Maintain accurate records and databases for the executive administration team

Financial Management

Monitor and manage executive expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

Coordination and Logistics

Coordinate meetings and travel itineraries as necessary for external guests

Client and Customer Service

Provide exceptional service to clients and customers, addressing inquiries and requests promptly and professionally

Special Projects and Collaboration

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Manager of Executive Administration. Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports as required
Collaborate with colleagues and departments to support cross-functional initiatives and projects

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Previous experience in the financial services industry
Event planning/management experience a plus
