FULL-TIME (40 HRS) AM SHIFT APPROXIMATE PAY RANGE: $23 – $28 JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial and clerical duties. Understands and follows the organization’s policies, procedures, and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the Hospital Administration. Participates in the department’s performance improvement activities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Greets and directs visitors appropriately, maintains the communication flow of the office. -Answers the telephone in a professional manner, identifies mail that needs immediate attention. -Prepares financial reports, department activities, travel, business expenses, etc. -Prepares reports, memos, correspondence, meeting minutes, special projects, etc. for the President/CEO. -Reviews and edits all written materials. -Maintains the President/CEO?s appointment book. -Sorts, logs and distributes all incoming mail; identifies mail that needs immediate attention. -Maintains an organized, efficient filing system. -Records, prepares, and distributes meeting minutes. -Maintains legal/risk management files. -Produces/distributes all donor invoices, receipts, acknowledgment letters, and correspondence. -Records, types and proofs, reports, minutes, forms, letters, and all correspondence as assigned by the Executive Director. -Maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, etc. Will be cross-trained on donor base computer program. -Assists Special Event Coordinator with SRH Foundation Events as needed. -All other duties as assigned or required.

Required Qualification: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. High School Graduate preferred. 2. Secretarial training preferred. 3. Three to five year’s secretarial experience preferred. Desired Skills: – Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task. – Attention to detail and problem solving skills. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint) – Knowledge of Joint Commission, Environment of Care, and Emergency Management.
