Duties
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer phone calls and direct clients to their designated area
– Provide information to clients and callers regarding company services
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
– Perform data entry tasks, including updating client information and processing payments
– Upsell retail products and manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
– Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Booker
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
– Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Data entry skills
– Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
– Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
