Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our executive team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining office efficiency and supporting our commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
File and maintain physical paperwork and office records
Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling and task coordination
Assist with office organization, including supplies management and workspace upkeep
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed and within the scope of the role
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications:

Proven reliability and punctuality
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred

Work Environment:

This is an in-office position requiring regular business hours attendance. We offer a collaborative, fast-paced workplace where attention to detail and accountability are highly valued.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.04 – $23.13 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
