Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Jobs in Buffalo, NY at DMyles Inc.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage weekly job production of crew.
Oversee and administrate all aspects of job administration from sale to completion. Maintain accurate records and reports and maintain processes and procedures in place.
Utilize a CRM system, AccuLynx, to track job progress and communicate with project managers (will train).
Apply for permits and file NOC’s.
Answer phones, collect payments, file, communicate with customers.
Order job materials, gather and organize job-related invoices, job paperwork.
Assertively assist owner and project managers to achieve seamless job execution and customer expectations.
Maintain a calm, positive attitude during challenges and add to our upbeat office morale.
Administer tasks and assignments as needed.
Cross-train with other essential admin positions.

Qualifications:

Five years of professional experience, with at least two years of office administration experience.
Construction administration knowledge a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word, with solid computer skills.
Good time management and organizational skills; detail oriented.
Customer Service focused with professional and polite telephone demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to provide 2 business related references.

Job Hours:

Monday-Friday
Full time, 8:00am-5:00pm with one hour lunch
Family oriented company with understanding for dental/doctor appts and family events
No weekends

Job Pay:

$20.00-$23.00 per hour

Benefits

Paid holidays after 90 days
After six months, 1 week paid time off between Christmas and New Year’s. After two years, 1 additional week vacation.
