communication skills
for a 3-week contract in Saskatoon, SK.
Hours:
Flexible – 10am-3pm or 11am-2pm (may work 7.5hrs some days).
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls, determine their
purpose
and forward calls to appropriate people or department.
Use word processing, spreadsheets or specialized software to complete daily requests.
Order office and department supplies.
Assist with customer service calls, daily correspondences and clerical duties.
About you:
Previous receptionist or administrative experience  Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint  Post-secondary in Business is a plus
