Hansel Auto Group is looking for a Receptionist to join our BMW Santa Rosa team!
Pay Scale: The Receptionist position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $20.00.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Promptly answer and route calls to the correct location for all 4 of our Santa Rosa dealerships.
Make Service Appointments as needed.
Effectively manage activity at the Reception Desk.
Take charge of projects and see them through to completion.
Provide support as needed if the main receptionist is unavailable.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience operating a multiple line phone system.
Fluent in English;
Spanish is a plus.
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Pass a drug test.
Pass a criminal background screening.
