Location: Montvale

As the Front Desk Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the company with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing information concerning services and receiving and answering requests for information from customers and employees.

Must Haves:

High school diploma or equivalent

2 years of experience as a receptionist in a corporate environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional appearance and attitude.

Personable and approachable, with a customer-focused mindset.

Demonstrated awareness and attention to detail.

Nice to Haves:

Additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

Experience with SAP

C-Cure experience (Security Management)

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Compensation: $18/hr to $22/hr
