About the role

Harneys is seeking a Reception and Office Coordinator as part of our operations team. This person will play a vital role in the day to day running of the Cayman office. The Reception and Office Coordinator is required to provide professional, prompt and courteous service whilst maintaining a high level of focus on work quality, confidentiality and security.

Responsibilities

You will be the face of Harneys Cayman and first point of contact for employees, clients and visitors. To support the operational needs of the office, this role will also involve:

Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls manage boardrooms including online bookings and set up

Assist with arranging local and international couriers

Issue security passes and maintain visitor records ensuring compliance with ISO regulations

Receive, sort and dispatch mail

Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation booking for visiting staff

Identify and rectify potential office provision and shortages

Process incoming invoices and prepare payment approval forms

Assist with accounts payable reconciliations

Requirements

Two (2) years’ experience in a similar role with a high school diploma

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft application

Excellent communication skills at all levels, (written assignment will be part of interview process)

Proven ability to manage and prioritize workload in order to meet the needs of the business in an effective and timely way

Professional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to successfully work as part of a team

Self-motivated and highly professional

A clean driving license
