Position Overview
The Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression by greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing front desk operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor to ensure smooth daily operations.

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room reservations as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.
Provide information and assistance to visitors and employees.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
