Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in software, including MS Office and Internet applications.

Bilingual in Mandarin and English

Job Duties:

Place orders for items with low or insufficient inventory.

Communicate effectively with vendors

Process paperwork and update the database with the received information.

Provide executive assistance to the Purchasing Manager.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.

Assist in scheduling appointments

Prepare and track shipments

Perform accurate and efficient data entry and clerical tasks.

Provide excellent customer service.

Perform other duties as required.

Job Details

Weekly pay

Full-time (Monday-Friday)

1st shift (8am-4:30pm)
