DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer routine and nonroutine customer calls daily.
  • Promote positive customer relations with customers and coworkers.
  • Ability to deal with customers in a courteous, polite and professional manner at all times.
  • Provide support for customer service center as needed.
  • Must follow all company rules and procedures.
  • Promote positive customer relations with customers and coworkers.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enjoy providing prompt and timely service to our clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be extremely detail-oriented, productive and possess superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.

JOB TYPES

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
