The Role
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our operations—helping to create a seamless, welcoming experience for both clients and clinicians.
Requirements:
Experience in a medical or psychotherapy office is required
Knowledge of insurance verification is preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with warmth and professionalism via phone, text, and email
Verify client insurance benefits and manage related documentation
Schedule appointments and coordinate clinician calendars
Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams
Create and maintain internal organization systems, including Excel spreadsheets
Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
Support the upkeep of a warm, organized, and professional office environment
