We are a team of 3 members responsible for Reception and Hospitality duties, including greeting guests, answering and transferring phone calls, reserving conference rooms, and managing office supplies and amenities. Responsibilities include setting up beverages and catering for meetings, maintaining conference rooms and kitchen supplies, handling day-to-day mail, shipping, copying, scanning, and office supply ordering. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
The role requires working closely with onsite and operations teams, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor is important, as is developing a good rapport with customers. Previous experience in an Office Operation Support environment is preferred.
Flexibility to start early or work late to accommodate end-user requests during weekdays is necessary. The role also involves acting as a liaison for office operations and facilities requests, and assisting customer teams with routine tasks as a first responder.
Managers will look for candidates with self-motivation, good time management, prioritization skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly and demonstrate consistency. Prior experience in hotelling, business office environments, or law firms is a plus. The position involves moderate sitting and walking, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Parking is provided.
